Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026. This policy explains how Nuvyqo and the Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform may collect, use, store, protect, share and delete information received through the website, account workspace, forms, WhatsApp, email, project discussions, client engagements and optional connected services such as Google Search Console.
1. Scope and information we may collect
We may collect business contact details, account information, project requirements, company or brand information, website URLs, technical environment details, billing and transaction records, communication history, files shared for project review, website-analysis results, project settings and information needed to provide requested Nuvyqo services.
Where you create or use a Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform account, we may also process project identifiers, website projects, saved reports, analysis history, monitoring preferences, connection status, security and audit information, and other data generated through your use of the platform.
2. How we use information
- To create and operate your Nuvyqo account and website projects.
- To respond to enquiries, support requests and project-review requests.
- To prepare proposals, estimates, project scopes and delivery plans.
- To analyse websites, pages and connected performance information that you ask Nuvyqo to review.
- To provide reports, monitoring, comparisons, website-growth insights and user-requested recommendations.
- To build, test, deploy, secure, support and improve Nuvyqo systems and services.
- To maintain appropriate project, billing, support, security and audit records.
- To detect abuse, investigate technical problems and protect users, Nuvyqo and connected services.
3. Forms, WhatsApp and third-party services
When you contact Nuvyqo through WhatsApp, email, forms, analytics tools, hosting providers, payment providers, cloud services or another third-party service, that provider may process information under its own privacy terms. Nuvyqo uses third-party services only where reasonably required for communication, hosting, security, analytics, payment processing, infrastructure, project delivery or another user-requested service.
4. Cookies and website analytics
Nuvyqo may use cookies, analytics and performance tools to understand page visits, product usage, technical performance, security events and enquiry patterns. This information helps us improve content, user experience, website reliability and Nuvyqo services. Where required, cookie or analytics choices may be provided separately.
5. Google Search Console connection
The Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform allows an authorised user to optionally connect a Google Account that already has access to a website in Google Search Console. The connection is used to provide Search Console intelligence for the website project selected by the user.
Nuvyqo requests the Google Search Console read-only permission required to view Search Console data for properties the user is authorised to access. Nuvyqo does not request permission through this connection to edit Search Console settings, add or remove Search Console users, change website ownership, submit manual actions, or otherwise modify the user's Google Search Console configuration.
Google authorization takes place on Google's own authorization pages. Nuvyqo does not ask for, receive or store the user's Google Account password.
6. Google user data Nuvyqo may access
When a user authorises Google Search Console access, Nuvyqo may access only the Google data needed to provide the connected Search Console features. Depending on the features used and the data available for the selected property, this may include:
- Search Console properties available to the authorised Google Account and the permission level for those properties.
- The Search Console property selected by the user for a Nuvyqo website project.
- Search-performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position.
- Search-performance dimensions such as query, page, date, country and device.
- Connection, synchronization and processing information needed to operate and troubleshoot the Search Console integration.
Nuvyqo does not intentionally request unrelated Google Account data through the Search Console connection.
7. How Nuvyqo uses Google user data
Google Search Console data is used only to provide and improve user-facing Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform features that relate to the connected website. These uses may include:
- Showing Search Console performance such as clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
- Showing query, page, country, device and historical search-performance views.
- Identifying pages and search queries that may deserve attention.
- Connecting Search Console evidence with Website Health, Page Analyzer, Reports and other website-growth features where the user requests or enables that workflow.
- Producing comparisons, prioritisation, explanations and recommendations for the connected website.
- Maintaining scheduled synchronization after the user has authorised offline access.
- Providing support, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, security and service reliability.
If Nuvyqo offers an AI-assisted feature that uses Search Console information, Google-derived data will be used only to provide the user-requested Nuvyqo feature and related website-growth output. Nuvyqo does not use Google user data to build advertising profiles or to train unrelated general-purpose models.
8. OAuth tokens and secure connection storage
To keep an authorised Search Console connection working without asking the user to reconnect on every visit, Nuvyqo may receive an OAuth refresh token from Google. Nuvyqo stores the refresh token in encrypted form in the protected server-side environment used for the connected Nuvyqo account and website project. Access tokens are used only as needed to call authorised Google APIs.
OAuth credentials are not intentionally exposed in public webpages, browser-visible configuration, reports or public URLs. Access to connection credentials is restricted to the systems and processes that need them to provide the authorised integration.
9. Sharing and transfer of Google user data
Nuvyqo does not sell Google user data, Search Console data or OAuth credentials. Nuvyqo does not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers or other parties for advertising or unrelated profiling.
Google user data may be processed by service providers acting on Nuvyqo's behalf only where reasonably necessary to operate, host, secure, maintain or support the user-requested Nuvyqo service, and subject to appropriate confidentiality, security and data-handling obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, to address fraud or security threats, or when a user explicitly directs Nuvyqo to export, share or deliver information through a feature they choose to use.
10. Google API Services User Data Policy
Nuvyqo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Data retention, deletion and disconnection
Nuvyqo retains personal, project and service information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested services, maintain useful project history, meet security or operational requirements, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate business records.
For a connected Google Search Console project, OAuth connection credentials are retained only while needed to operate the authorised connection. When the user disconnects Search Console through Nuvyqo, future scheduled synchronization for that connection stops and the stored connection credentials are removed or invalidated in accordance with the platform's connection process.
Previously imported Search Console performance data may remain in the user's saved Nuvyqo project history or reports so the user can retain comparisons and evidence. A user may request deletion of stored Google-derived data associated with their Nuvyqo account or project by contacting Nuvyqo. Data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations.
12. User choices and revoking Google access
Connecting Google Search Console is optional. A user can disconnect the integration from the Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform. A user can also remove Nuvyqo's access from the third-party connections or connected-app settings of their Google Account. Removing or revoking Google access prevents Nuvyqo from obtaining new data through that authorization, although previously imported data may remain until it is deleted as described in this policy.
13. Security
We use practical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including HTTPS, restricted access, server-side credential handling, encrypted storage for supported sensitive connection credentials, project and account access controls, security logging, backup planning and careful handling of production data. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free, and users should also protect their own accounts and credentials.
14. Children's data
Nuvyqo is a business services and website-growth platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data through Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform account or Search Console connection features. If a separate client project requires processing children's or student data, the responsibilities, permissions and safeguards for that project should be agreed separately.
15. International processing
Nuvyqo may work with users and clients globally. Information may be processed through infrastructure, cloud services and service providers located in different countries. Nuvyqo will use such processing only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support its services and will apply appropriate safeguards consistent with this policy and applicable requirements.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Nuvyqo services, connected integrations, legal requirements or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. If a change materially affects how Google user data is accessed, used, stored or shared, Nuvyqo will update the relevant disclosure before or when the changed practice is introduced.
17. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy questions, Google-data questions, access or deletion requests, or concerns about the Nuvyqo Website Growth Platform, contact Nuvyqo at hello@nuvyqo.com.
