Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 June 2026. These terms apply to use of the Nuvyqo website and general business enquiries. A separate proposal, invoice or statement of work may override these website terms for a specific project.
1. Services
Nuvyqo provides digital business solutions including websites, SEO foundations, Cloudflare and cloud deployment support, database services, dashboards, business automation, custom web applications, payment workflows and consulting.
2. Project proposals and scope
Work begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, assumptions, payment terms and access requirements are agreed. Any additional requirement outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate or change request.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business requirements, access, content, assets and approvals on time.
- Keep third-party accounts, hosting, domains, payment gateways and licenses in good standing.
- Review test links, deliver feedback and approve milestones within agreed time.
- Back up important data before giving access to production systems.
4. Payments
Payments may be milestone-based, hourly, monthly retainer or fixed-price depending on the project. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, email, paid plugins, APIs, cloud bills, stock assets and payment-gateway charges are normally paid by the client.
5. Intellectual property
After full payment, agreed client-specific deliverables are handed over as per the project scope. Nuvyqo may retain ownership of reusable frameworks, templates, scripts, generic methods, internal tools and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Third-party services
Nuvyqo may work with platforms such as Cloudflare, AWS, Google, Microsoft, domain registrars, payment providers, analytics tools and email systems. Availability, pricing, policies and uptime of third-party tools are controlled by those providers.
7. Warranty and limitation
Nuvyqo aims to build reliable systems, but does not guarantee rankings, revenue, uninterrupted third-party service, instant search indexing, or outcomes outside project control. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant agreed work, unless required otherwise by law.
8. Confidentiality
Project information, credentials, databases, business processes and non-public client data should be treated as confidential by both parties.
